Mission statement and values :

The mission is simple: Roseroot promises a safe, compassionate, and accessible therapeutic space where people can explore themselves honestly and move towards meaningful change.

  • Integrity
Integrity is a core value at Roseroot and something I am committed to offering every client. Accountability, responsibility, and respect are central to the way I work and the therapeutic relationships I build.

  • Creativity with intention
At Roseroot, person-centred talking therapy is at the heart of my approach. Alongside this, I may integrate creative exercises when it feels helpful to support movement through moments of “stuckness” or deepen reflection within therapy.

These creative elements are used intentionally to support the therapeutic process and are distinct from Art Therapy, which is a separate therapeutic model.

  • Accessibility
I believe meaningful therapeutic support should be accessible to a wider range of people. Roseroot therefore offers a limited number of concessionary spaces for clients who may need reduced-fee sessions

  • Healthy Boundaries

Healthy boundaries create safety, clarity, and consistency within therapy. At Roseroot, I aim to hold clear and compassionate boundaries that support a respectful therapeutic relationship
